Well, I have only just recovered for the exhaustion that goes hand- in- hand with a trip to Carlingford... I can honestly say it was the best trip I've been on within Ireland. I discovered how much I enjoy kayaking, and went Zorbin' in a massive inflatable ball. Most of all, I was able to spend time with my friends, and also make some new ones :)

Carlingford should be especially fun because it gives me the opportunity to bond with my friensds and make some new ones!

Oh my goodness me! Carlingford is on Monday! :-D I can't wait to be out in the wilderness, wrestling bears and... Oh really? Kayaking? Rock climbing? ... Even better!

Wednesday was brilliant fun. We took part in three workshops over the course of the day- BK Inniú, where we learned skills in grooming and presenting ourselves in work experience, Life Without Limits, where we were striving to achieve MEGA CONFIDENCE, and a Positive Party to end a spectacular TY Wednesday!

IT time! So, I am very excited, seeing as I am just after starting my headpiece for the Junk Kouture competition, and Eimear has started the skirt! It's going to be a long weekend: I'll be making lots of tiny cardboard boxes out of cereal box card to wrap in pretty paper and decorate the headpiece with! I see lots of cups of tea in my very near future...

Currently practising my paper weaving for the Junk Kouture outfit, I can't believe we are going to actually start making the headpiece on Friday. I'm on tenterhooks! Also looking forward to the day of interesting workshops Mrs. Leahy has planned for us tomorrow, especially the work experience etiquette and make- up workshop.

First week back

TY has been uneventful so far, seeing as we are only 2 days in... Big plans ahead for the rest of the year! I'm especially looking forward to Carlingford, Junk Kouture, Young Scientist and work experience! Fingers crossed...
